Spring Flowers

The other day, I took a walk and paid a visit to Shinnyo-doh (真如堂)and Konkai komyo-ji temple (金戒光明寺).

On the premises, the Shanshu (さんしゅ、Cornus officinalis or Japanese cornelian cherry) tree was blooming and announcing the arrival of spring. It is not as gorgeous as plum or cherry blossoms, but still very pretty. At my footsteps, white Tanpopo (たんぽぽ, dandelions) flowers were bathing in the sun. Their uplifting beauty was truly stunning. As for Camellias, I prefer pink ones to red ones since they are extraordinary classy and charming.

It's very nice to take a walk in Kyoto in spring, just to see flowers. Please try YUMEYAKATA Kimono and take pictures with spring flowers in the background.
